Satori Software announced the immediate availability of Satori Capture point-of-entry validation software, the first in its new line of contact data quality solutions. Satori Capture ensures each contact record entered is correct from the start.
As an industry-leading provider of mailing preparation solutions, Satori Software has observed that address information updated during the mailing process is rarely resolved back into the originating database. In addition, an average 20% of data cannot be corrected due to missing critical elements. In order to resolve these issues and improve overall operations, organizations benefit by addressing data quality issues at the source.
Satori Capture offers instant accuracy and efficiency for data entry operations. As each character is typed, Satori Capture provides users with only valid address options in real-time. As an added benefit, fewer keystrokes are needed to pinpoint a specific address. For example, users can enter as little as a ZIP Code and partial street address.
“There’s a clear need for organizations to easily and effectively collect contact data and maintain its quality from the second it’s entered into a database through its repeated long-term use,” said Randy Hoefer, senior vice president of research and product strategy for Satori Software. “By building on our 30-year legacy of delivering simply powerful solutions, Satori Software has the knowledge and experience to help customers achieve the highest levels of contact data quality. We are strongly focused on continuing our growth in this area.”
Satori Capture can be configured to validate contact data using the Satori Cloud service or a self-hosted installation of the Capture server. The Satori Cloud service provides the latest data and takes the burden off IT departments to maintain a separate server. Both options use a secure connection to validate addresses in real-time.
Order entry, lead registration, customer inquiries and billing operations all operate more efficiently with accurate contact information. Real-time contact data validation leads to improved overall database accuracy.
