Contact Zone incorporates Melissa Data’s sophisticated data quality capabilities such as address cleansing and updating, name parsing and email validation. Users avoid spending time and resources integrating data quality tools through complex software programming, and instead simply target the data to be cleaned, and apply cleansing options using a visual interface and drag-and-drop tool. U.S. and Canada addresses, phone numbers and email addresses are easily parsed, validated and corrected for improved segmentation and targeting.
