UJF-3042HG

Mimaki Engineering Co., Ltd. has introduced the UJF-3042HG, a modified version of the UJF-3042FX that was introduced in September 2011. The desktop LED UV inkjet printer UJF-3042HG will be released on February 2012. Maximum height for printing materials is expanded to 150mm, and applicable ink colors are six-color plus white by adding two ink slots.

LED-UV Inkjet Model Reaches a Higher Level

1. Direct print on A3 (420 x 297mm) size with 150mm high
   The UJF-3042HG enables printing on products that were not printable with a conventional model. A wide range of printing applications including, plastics, metals and wood, grows and boosts business opportunities. The printer comes equipped with a power-saving feature long-life LED lighting system.
2. Six-color printing plus white and clear
   Six-color inks are set up by adding two ink slots. Higher-definition and more beautiful gradation than four-color printing can be achieved by using six colors. Furthermore, white and clear inks add value to printed products by providing under/over-coating on transparent or colored materials as well as glossy /matte finish.
3. White ink circulation system
   The newly developed white ink circulation system, named MCS (Mimaki Circulation System), prevents pigment sedimentation. This system provides efficient white ink consumption, thus reducing white ink waste.
4. Nozzle recovery function
   This function temporarily restores print quality in order to reduce down time. For the complete and permanent recovery, please order maintenance support immediately.

Automatic Inkjet Primer Application System

1. Automatic primer application without compromising speed
   Previously, primer would be applied separately in a manual application process, but the UJF-3042HG can automatically apply it through its inkjet system.
2. Application on only selected areas
   The automatic inkjet primer application system can apply primer on only selected areas. Therefore, the texture of material can be retained.
