The Printers Shopper’s Digital Counter made by Olden is very likely one of the quickest ‘no tools required’ installs of a machine accessory you can get. It is also one of the simplest counters to use.
Operation is based on an infrared light sensor that operates up to two inches away from items being counted. The sensor has a magnetic base, no moving parts, adjusts automatically, and never touches what it counts.
The fully electronic highly accurate counter is ideal for paper folders, stitchers, inserters, perforating machines, and most any other paper handling equipment. Models are available that also provide rate and batch counts.
