With VSM Mobile, you can check the status of your Mutoh printer and receive notifications of problems in real-time animation right on your handheld device. VSM Mobile ver1.01 has added features such as: output status to view current print job process, ink level status, printer status such as "open covers" and "lever up" notifications, and email alerts to warn you of low ink levels and full waste tanks. Plus, soon you will be able to check the part life of Mutoh printers, assisting in machine maintenance.

After registering your new printer on VSM Mobile, the status of your printer in the network that is connected to the VSM can be checked from your handheld. Printer functions are monitored by VSM to ensure the printer is providing the user consistent output and notifies the operator via email or smart phone if there is a problem.
