This new capability to the DFWorks software enables service bureaus to accurately and efficiently report on the status and results of individual jobs to their customers. This includes when jobs are combined with other jobs in a White Paper Factory™ environment and delivered through multiple physical and digital communications channels.
With the new DFWorks Client Job Tracking module, service bureaus can take advantage of opportunities to streamline their operations and lower overall costs through a highly efficient integrated print and mail White Paper Factory environment. This enables service bureaus to commingle jobs prior to printing, resulting in larger job runs, elimination of forms storage, and significantly better resource utilization.
