Bell and Howell (Booth 2610) is showcasing its Producer 30 inserting system at this year’s GRAPH EXPO. Designed for environments that demand mailpiece quality and integrity controls, high production volumes and low operating costs, the Producer 30 inserting system offers rugged, dependable performance in the most challenging settings.

The Producer 30 inserting system is designed to yield the highest production with the fewest number of operators. An array of productivity enhancements such as higher capacity feeders and semi-automated traying help increase the effectiveness of the operator.

The machine is designed to reduce the walking distance and work load. The Producer 30 inserting system utilizes a true in-line process: insert and envelope feeders are located on the operator side of the system over the main collation track, and inserts and envelopes travel in the same direction, making them easy to access and load. Envelope feeding and opening is completed in a short, direct delivery path.

The inserting technology used by the Producer 30 inserting system reduces the number of moving parts, and simplifies the flow of material and reduces stoppages. This results in increased up-time and less burden on the operator, which translates to higher productivity and a significant reduction in scrap and rework.
