Built on Xerox’s proven, award-winning iGen platform, the iGen 150 (Booth 1200) is a digital cut-sheet color press built for productivity. With increased speed of up to 25%, the 150 ppm press delivers 3,000 26" oversized sheets per hour. It reduces time and effort needed to achieve consistent high-quality output and lets printers get more jobs through their shop. The press also features:
- A 2400 x 2400 dpi imaging system—the most precise resolution available on an iGen system to date. New line screen delivers refined shape, sharp detail and text quality.
- An Auto Density Control System to detect and correct streaks before they occur.
- Automated Color Maintenance, which replaces and eliminates manual steps by analyzing color and notifying the operator when the press is ready for production.
The press can handle a range of paper stocks such as textured, translucent and heavy cover-weight papers. Print providers can easily create mixed paper jobs such as direct mail campaigns with tear-out reply postcards or wedding albums.
