YearbookFusion

LumaPix (Booth 754) is rolling out online editing and management functionality additions to their already powerful yearbook layout software, YearbookFusion.

The new book management module enables users to break a single book down into chapters, making it easy for multiple users to collaborate on a book. Each chapter can be edited within the installed YearbookFusion software or can be tagged to be editable online.

Online editable chapters come with a URL, which administrators can share with teachers and students. The URL opens the FullScale online editor – a streamlined, browser-based layout tool that allows contributors to edit candid pages without needing to install YearbookFusion on their computer. Once complete, the book is ready to be assembled from the chapters into a single final output, such as a PDF file for printing.

The new remote database option enables school to tune their student names, grades, and other attributes for the yearbook CD in a "DIY" online environment.

YearbookFusion 2012 also includes a spell check feature and we have strived to make this most powerful and stable version we have released to date. Our publishers are already telling us that they expect continued growth this year.
