As featured at Graph Expo, GPA is proud to announce Ultra Digital Polyester for Toner Digital Presses, a durable new substrate that offers an extremely tough, bright white surface for applications that need to stand up to harsh conditions. Engineered to withstand the high heat of toner digital presses, it is compatible with most Konica Minolta, Canon, NexPress and Ricoh toner digital presses. This material lets you create printed pieces with unparalleled image vibrance and toner anchorage.
Ultra Digital Polyester for Toner Digital Presses is stocked and readily available in a white matte/matte finish in a 12 x 18 sheet size, in thicknesses ranging from 4 to 14 mil. Custom colors, finishes and thicknesses are also available; contact GPA for further details. Finishing is a breeze for this versatile material, since it is compatible with a wide variety of processes, including die cutting, coating, foil stamping, and folding.
The superior top coating of this substrate, tear resistance, and ability to withstand temperatures over 450°F make it excellent for a variety of heavy-duty applications. Some popular uses include menus, outdoor signage, quick reference guides, weatherproof manuals, medical charts, maps, parking permits, and virtually any application where lamination would be used. This material is also the sustainable alternative to laminated paper. Unlike laminated paper, this polyester-based material is recyclable if disposed of properly, which means less waste going into landfills.
