FLEXcon, an innovator in adhesive coating and laminating, today announced the expansion of the WALLdeco product line with the introduction of two new products that feature a permanent adhesive for interior, longer-term, large-format wall graphic applications. This includes corporate branding, office décor, etc.; WALLdeco 6778 (6 mil fabric) and 6783 (4 mil vinyl). WALLdeco 6778 has a two year indoor life and WALLdeco 6783 has up to a five year indoor life.

The 6778 product is a 6 mil light weight, polycoated white fabric film with a unique woven texture.
The tight weave of fabric allows for crisp, sharp color and can be printed via solvent and UV inkjet, UV and conventional offset, and UV and solvent screen. The 6783 product is a 4 mil bright white vinyl with a smooth surface for graphic reproduction and provides ease of installation. It is printable via UV and solvent screen, UV and solvent inkjet and UV offset. Both products have a high-performance permanent adhesive designed to adhere well to flat, smooth painted (non-vinyl) wall boards, and are backed with a layflat release liner with excellent properties for printing and converting. In addition, both products have been tested for flammability and meet ASTM E84 Standard Test Method for Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials.
