Now updated, the Xerox’s (Booth 1202) IntegratedPLUS Finishing Solution combines unmatched productivity with end-to-end real-time integrity checking through an internal barcode scanner. The solution eliminates the bottlenecks associated with in-line and off-line booklet production, offering complete in-line, off-line, and dual-mode booklet automation. The integrity capability features the prepress software to uniquely barcode each sheet while the internal barcode scanner ensures each page is in each booklet−where it belongs. Also included is enabling finishing of multiple jobs of the same stock size that have different finishing requirements.
Xerox, in cooperation with Standard Horizon (Booth 1902), announces the new pXnet-lite bindery control system for digital production printing. pXnet-lite is based on the existing pXnet system, now enhanced for Xerox FreeFlow automated workflows. Our finishing solution now has seamless access to the existing fleet of JDF enabled finishers like the HT-30C, BQ270 and BQ470 perfect binders.
The Duplo (Booth 202) 645 Offline cutter/slitter/creaser has also been integrated integration into the IntegratedPLUS Finishing Solution and its growing fleet of JDF enabled finishers. The popular Duplo 645 is first in class for offline cutter/slitter/creaser finishing giving maximum productivity for single piece items like greeting cards, post cards and business cards.
