NITTA Corporation of America (Booth 148) is showing its new TTP-8E18N belting for gravure folders at PRINT 13. This high-strength, finger-spliceable belt will be of particular interest to printing facility managers, who have been asking NITTA for a belt designed for the paper folding sections of gravure printing machines.
Part of NITTA’s PolySprint™ line, TTP-8E18N is the toughest finger-spliceable belt of its kind. It continues “The NITTA Advantage” of high quality products that minimize machine downtime to help maximize productivity and revenue.
TTP-8E18N is constructed specifically for increased speed and life on gravure folder applications, with special fabric on both sides and a polyester fabric core. It is anti-static, 1.8 mm thick and available in widths from 10 to 450 mm and lengths from 400 to 100,000 mm. The QuickFlex finger-splice system is very fast and simple. It requires no adhesive for joining, and pre-setters guarantee a straight splice every time.
NITTA invites everyone to see how TTP-8E18N, and the rest of the NITTA line, can keep their facilities up and running longer.
NITTA offers a complete line of products for the printing industry, including flat belts, machine tapes, joining tools and products for fluid and air conveyance.
