The Mark Andy Performance Series technology (Booth 1273) drives extreme productivity, reduces waste and directly supports green sustainability. The Performance Series print station design features integrated self-setting components, swift-loading inking system, intuitive automation, and web management.
• Simplified load and lock ink system loads in less than 20 seconds.
• Self-locating reference discs locks print cylinders into place with a touch of a button and impression sets automatically.
• Exclusive servo technology consists of intuitive registration system using exclusive algorithms and Vari-Print programming.
With simplified, intuitive on-board controls at each station, combined with extremely easy-access to webbing and viewing the press, set up and changeover speeds are reduced by up to 50 percent. Additionally, reducing the web paths for UV printing has drastically cut the amount of material or substrate in the web.
Three different models are available—P3, P5 and P7—which all feature the same dynamic print station design. Any level converter benefits from the direct set-up, change over, ink and substrate savings associated with the Performance Series platform design. The models are differentiated by price points and the primary drive systems, from dual servo, intuitive system found in the P7, down to a standard electronic drive system found in the P3.
All Performance Series platforms are offered in 10-inch, 13-inch, and 17-inch web widths that can print at 750 fpm on a variety of qualified materials with a variety of drying and curing options. Mark Andy Performance Series delivers a high quality in-line printing and converting machine.
