The Pitney Bowes Mailstream Engage (Booth 1947) is a unique direct marketing solution that provides print and mail operations with the ability to create high impact, personalized mail pieces without envelopes. This innovative solution takes standard letter-sized printed material and uniquely folds it to create a “micro billboard” mail piece. The innovative look and feel of the mail piece can increase open rates up to 10 times greater than traditional direct mail to boost the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

This solution feeds up to 3 personalized, full color, double sided sheets and a Tip-On, and assembles and folds them in a single pass to create a highly engaging mail piece. By using only letter size material to create the uniquely folded packets, the costs and operational inefficiencies typically associated with traditional envelopes such as warehousing, waste management and downtime are eliminated. Integrated barcode scanning and match technology supports variable page processing and document integrity.
