The NexGenLeaders Program was started from member requests saying people want to develop key people and peer groups of their own with other colleagues in the industry. These people also wanted coaching and mentoring. NAPL's NexGen Leaders Program is the response to these requests. It is a three year commitment with four workshops throughout the year, learning all about key business issues such as sales leadership, marketing, operational excellence, business planning, and human resource management.

We visit a variety of companies and do plant tours all around one idea -- developing the expertise of your next generation talent so they can take the right place among the company leadership going forward. This is a comprehensive training program, and after three years, it evolves into a peer group that meets twice annually.
