IPF 2013 Paul Strack -- Assimilate or Die

In this session at the 2013 Integrated Print Forum Paul Strack, President of CustomXM, shared real-world examples of how his company, a second-generation, 40-plus year old printing operation has made the transition to an integrated solutions provider. This presentation touched on how CustomXM's use of new technology has directly led to significant new business. Social media in general, and Twitter specifically, have helped "groom" a whole new audience that only knows of the CustomXM brand, a brand that is now seen as a marketing solutions provider.
